About The Position
The Financial Aid Director at Hult International Business School plays a crucial role in supporting current, future, and alumni students, as well as collaborating with enrollment teams and the broader campus community. The role requires a growth mindset and a solution-oriented approach, as the school is not a traditional business institution. In this position, you will oversee the implementation and fine-tuning of Regent, the newly adopted financial aid software, ensuring that it is utilized to its fullest potential. Additionally, you will work towards making online programs eligible for financial aid in the future. This requires a strong ability to embrace change and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The role is based at Hult's Cambridge, MA campus, where you will be expected to lead and manage a variety of financial aid processes and projects. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks to third-party servicers, managing loan projects, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. You will serve as the primary contact for enrollment and campus staff regarding financial aid processes, providing exceptional customer service to students and their families. The position also involves managing private loan processes, participating in required reporting, and leading financial literacy events. As the Financial Aid Director, you will identify areas for improvement and develop new policies and procedures to enhance the financial aid experience for all stakeholders.
