About The Position

The Director of Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of a growing hotel and condominium client. This position is responsible for developing financial strategies, managing an accounting team, and providing financial guidance to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly within the hospitality industry, and will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience as a Director of Finance, VP of Finance, or CFO.
• Experience in Hotels, Condos, and Food & Beverage sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy development and stakeholder advisement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an accounting team to ensure timely and accurate full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Oversee, review, and approve all balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial guidance and counsel to the General Manager and executive leadership.
• Develop financial strategies and advise stakeholders on financial matters.
