Project FIND’s mission is to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently. Today Project FIND operates four affordable housing residences that are home to about 750 people and four senior centers with more than 3,000 members. Please visit our website at: www.projectfind.org Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance (DOF) oversees Project FIND’s internal accounting function and serves as the primary organizational liaison to BTQ Financial. The DOF is a senior thought partner to executive leadership and the Board, responsible for ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and compliance of all fiscal systems supporting agency operations, programs, and housing portfolios. The Director of Finance manages internal financial operations—including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and housing program inputs—while ensuring that Project FIND operates in full alignment with its fiscal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role is central to translating operational activity into accurate financial reporting and strategic financial insight.
