About The Position

Adventist Hospital seeks to hire an Director of Finance who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Director of Finance you will: Financial Analysis to evaluate hospital and/or department performance, new business ventures, expanded services, answer questions, understand revenue and expenses, and other adhoc requests. Leader Financial Education performed to assist leaders in understanding routine financial reports, including monthly financial statements and FTE/productivity information. Annual Budget creates the foundation and expectation for the following year for revenue, expense and productivity. Monthly Close review financial statements, propose adjustments, analyze performance and to assist in developing accurate financial statements each month. Financial Pro Formas developed to evaluate new business ventures, expanded services or service line development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred in Finance or Healthcare-related field
  • 8-10 years in financial analytics or accounting
  • 3-5 years supervisory/management Experience

Nice To Haves

  • CHFP or CPA preferred
