About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our property. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotel setting.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and ensure cost control.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing variances and preparing reports for executive management.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with operational departments to optimize revenue streams and improve financial processes.
Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
Support strategic planning and decision-making processes with financial insights and analysis.
