About The Position

We are seeking a top-tier Director of Finance who will be a strategic partner to the CEO , elevate financial discipline, and build best-in-class reporting, metrics, forecasting, and governance. Your Manager CEO Your Location Hybrid in Atlanta, GA w/ 2-3 Days In-Office Occasional Travel to our HQ in Reno, NV Your Schedule Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm Your Contribution to No-IP: Own all accounting, monthly close, financial controls, revenue recognition, and GAAP compliance Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and annual budgeting Partner with the CEO and leadership on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and product/GTM investments Develop and deliver Board and investor materials, including financial packages, dashboards, and strategic commentary Ensure lender covenant compliance, reporting accuracy, and timely certifications Optimize margins, monitor infrastructure costs, and improve forecasting accuracy Support M&A evaluation for potential acquisitions Implement scalable systems and financial processes (currently QuickBooks Online + proprietary billing)

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in finance/accounting, with strong SaaS or IaaS experience
  • Expertise in recurring revenue models, unit economics, and cohort analytics
  • Experience partnering with CEOs and Boards
  • Strong modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics capabilities
  • Experience with lender compliance and debt covenant modeling
  • CPA, buy-side M&A experience

Responsibilities
