About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead the financial, operational, and administrative activities of our organization. This executive-level role is responsible for financial stewardship, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field required.
Minimum of five (5) years of management experience required.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, asset management, and audits.
Prepare timely, accurate, and compliant financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
Ensure all financial reporting requirements for government and regulatory authorities are met.
Proactively monitor organizational investments, assessing risks and identifying opportunities.
Analyze financial trends and organizational data to provide informed recommendations to senior leadership.
Support the CEO in developing annual operating and capital budgets.
Establish and maintain internal financial controls; coordinate annual financial audits.
Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with senior leaders to support strategic planning and organizational goals.
Foster strong interdepartmental communication, integration, and continuous improvement.
Address emerging issues related to business operations, personnel, materials, or systems.
Meet or exceed established key performance indicators.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
