The Finance Director is responsible for the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), and other regulatory and advisory organizations in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within a non-profit organization.
