Right now, we are expanding and seeking a Director of Finance who is forward-thinking, analytical, approachable, and solution-focused. Based in the Kansas City metro area, we offer the best of both worlds: the growth of a global company with the close-knit culture of a local business. Sunlighten’s Director of Finance is responsible for all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management for Sunlighten. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. This individual will work closely with executives and department leaders to support data-driven decisions, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
