About The Position

The Director of Finance Transformation will serve as the financial lead on the consolidation system implementation project, managing the design implications for financial data. This role involves overseeing the 'stand up' of the consolidation tool in support of the 2021 Budget cycle, which includes building forecast templates and reporting output. As a key member of the ERP implementation project, the Director will provide leadership for data migration integrity, create standard reporting tools, design and implement standard close procedures, and deliver training to finance team members. The position also requires collaboration with the IT team to manage the ASM Global analytics environment and act as a system administrator during implementation phases. Additionally, the Director will develop standard systems and reporting tools for managing overhead expenses and support operating finance teams in redesigning local and back-office processes such as accounts payable and payroll.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level of Associate degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience).
  • CPA or CMA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of related work experience in developing analytics dashboards and reports from complex data sources.
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP, RPA, and BI systems and tools.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience validating and migrating financial data as part of system implementation or transformation projects.
  • Experience designing and managing financial controls.
  • Experience working with advanced ERP environments and BI products (PowerBi or Tableau).
  • Detailed understanding of deFacto or BPC is a plus.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
