About The Position
As the Director of Finance for Global Laboratory Services at CTI Clinical Trial Services Inc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the CTI Labs business unit. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete, accurate, and timely monthly financial statement close activities, collaborating closely with both the CTI Labs and CTI accounting teams across U.S. and European locations. This position requires a strategic mindset to review and enhance processes related to financial reporting, including revenue recognition, invoicing, expenses, and inventory management. You will be instrumental in providing financial support to all departments within CTI Labs globally, facilitating improved financial analysis and data-driven decision-making. In addition to managing the annual budgeting process and monthly variance reporting, you will lead efforts to identify trends and issues, working cross-functionally to address them effectively. Your role will also involve reviewing and approving purchase requests, collaborating with Lab Operations teams to prepare detailed revenue projections, and partnering with Labs leadership to manage key financial aspects of lab operations. Continuous improvement in product costing and pricing will be a focus, as will driving improved operating margins through detailed profitability analyses. You will also establish and track metrics to enhance operational accountability and resource planning, ensuring that CTI Labs remains at the forefront of the industry. This position is not just about numbers; it’s about making a significant impact on the organization’s ability to deliver life-changing therapies to patients. You will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of CTI Labs and its mission.
