Director of Finance (CFO Track)

Agility DigitalLehi, UT

About The Position

The Director of Finance is a hands-on financial leader responsible for the day-to-day execution and integrity of Agility’s core finance operations. This role is deeply embedded in the mechanics of the business, owning accounts payable, accounts receivable, commissions, payroll coordination, and monthly close, while working closely with finance staff (CFO, Controller, AP and AR Clerks) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity across all financial processes. This role partners directly with the CEO, CFO, and operational leaders to ensure reliable transactional finance operations and translate that into clear financial insights. Rather than operating at arm’s length, the Director of Finance is in the details: reconciling balances, resolving discrepancies, improving cash flow visibility, and strengthening financial discipline across the organization. As systems, processes, and the team mature, this role expands beyond execution to broader financial leadership, progressively taking on forecasting, planning, and investor-facing responsibilities. The role is intentionally designed to begin with strong operational ownership and evolve into a more strategic finance leadership role over time.
