About The Position
The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and office operations activities for the Bucks County Herald and the Bucks County Herald Foundation. This leadership role combines strategic financial planning with day-to-day management of accounting processes, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization. The position reports to the Publisher and has a dotted line to the Executive Director of the Herald Foundation, managing one finance and operations assistant.
