About The Position

As the Director of Fan Acquisition & Retention you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of all fan growth, engagement, and loyalty initiatives for Cadillac Formula 1®. This role is responsible for building and overseeing a best-in-class global fan ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and compelling journey from first brand interaction through to long-term fandom and advocacy. You will define the overarching strategy, structure, and roadmap for how Cadillac Formula 1® identifies, converts, engages, and retains fans across all markets and touchpoints. This individual will lead a team responsible for delivering against these objectives and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Content, Data, and Commercial Operations to ensure fan strategy is fully integrated into the broader business. This role plays a critical part in driving cultural relevance, audience scale, and long-term commercial value through a deeply connected and data-informed fan base. You will own and lead how Cadillac Formula 1® grows, engages, and retains its global fanbase. You’ll set the vision, build the team, and create a world-class fan ecosystem—from first touch to lifelong loyalty.
