The Director of the Offices for Faculty Experience (OFE) plays a pivotal role in managing strategic initiatives that align with the priorities set by the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. This leadership position encompasses comprehensive responsibility for the fiscal, operational, and human resource functions of the OFE, while also providing expert advice, coaching, and facilitation to promote teamwork and sustainability of initiatives. The Director will oversee significant projects from ideation to implementation, collaborating with leaders in the Offices of Faculty Affairs, Faculty Development, and Faculty Relations, as well as the Work and Culture Optimization Collaborative. This role emphasizes enhancing operational effectiveness, implementing innovative solutions, supporting OFE team members, and fostering collaborations throughout the University of Colorado School of Medicine and its partners. The OFE Director has proven leadership skills with a strong background in operations, change management, and conflict resolution. They have experience in creating inclusive, high-functioning collaborative work environments, both in-person and remote, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in utilizing technology and software to enhance operational effectiveness.
