About The Position
The Director of Facilities Services is responsible for leading and managing the Facilities Services department at Taylor University. This role encompasses oversight of housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, energy management, and utilities, ensuring that the university's facilities are maintained in excellent condition. The director will motivate and support the Facilities Services team, manage departmental budgets, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain high levels of customer service while addressing facilities emergencies as they arise.
