About The Position
The Maintenance & Facilities Department at Bethlehem Woods is seeking a dedicated individual to direct operations and ensure alignment with the organization's mission, values, and objectives. This role involves developing departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and implementing continuing education initiatives. Additionally, the position requires preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding, and coordinating internal/external audits. The director will maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements and ensure departmental compliance. Collaboration with other directors, leaders, administrators, and physicians is essential to encourage quality improvement discussions and the implementation of innovative ideas.
