About The Position

Develops and administers programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in accordance with regulations and administrative guidelines; maintains the buildings in a livable and workable condition relative to heat, light, power, air conditioning, and other broad environmental factors; directs the repair, reconstruction, and construction of the clinics and hospital's physical plant and its contents; administers a preventative maintenance program to facilitate uninterrupted service to patients. Ensures that the Management of Environment of Care (EC) Safety and Life Safety Plans are in order to minimize hazards. Oversees the IT infrastructure of the campus. Serves as the Safety Director. In this dynamic role, you will: Lead and manage all aspects of building, grounds, equipment maintenance and IT across our hospital and clinics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, keeping our facilities livable, workable, and patient-ready. Oversee construction and renovation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Administer a proactive preventative maintenance program to minimize disruptions and maximize operational uptime. Serve as Safety Director, championing our Environmental of Care (EC) and Life Safety Plans to reduce hazards and promote a culture of safety. Support IT infrastructure, assisting with troubleshooting and onboarding new systems to keep our technology running smoothly. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or business administration preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and people.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise employees.
  • Considerable independent judgment required.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience in maintenance preferred, not required.
  • Previous experience and expertise in a supervisory capacity.

Benefits

  • Full-Time (1.0 FTE) position.
  • Works Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
  • On Call every 4th week.
