About The Position

Cummins Worldwide is a growing boutique financial and accounting firm supporting multiple operating companies and high-net-worth clients. We provide strategic accounting, compliance, and financial services. We don’t just offer jobs — we offer long-term careers. We work with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals to help them take control of their finances and expand their businesses. We currently service our clients in the following ways: Financial Services Division – providing invaluable guidance to help clients take control of their finances, and provide them with the needed data to make correct fiscal decisions towards high levels of solvency. HR Services Division (Executive Placement Services) – helping business owners build powerful companies through establishing building a powerful C suite. This is not traditional headhunting, as we locate the right candidate, and fully establish them on post over a 6 month period From the above two services, we are creating financially successful clients and stable, wealthy companies. The natural next step is helping those clients structure their estate to create a lasting Legacy so it can be preserved and passed on for generations. That’s where you come in. Our Trust & Legacy Services Division will guide clients through the estate planning process, helping them structure trusts and other estate planning vehicles so their wealth and intentions are protected long term. This role will act as the quarterback of the estate planning process, coordinating with estate attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors to ensure clients’ plans we helped designed are properly implemented.
