SUMMARY The Director of Equity and Inclusion serves as a member of the School’s senior leadership team and plays a key role in supporting Greenhill’s mission by fostering a community where all individuals feel valued, respected, and a deep sense of belonging. The Director maintains a visible and engaged presence across the School, building relationships with students, employees, families, alumni, trustees, and the broader community. In partnership with school leadership, this role helps guide institutional priorities, supports community-wide initiatives, and leads efforts that strengthen an inclusive and connected school environment aligned with Greenhill’s core values of Excellence, Integrity, Compassion, and Courage. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. Some evening and weekend work is required.
