Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with additional education in business or technical areas
2 plus years experience in Environmental Services
Property management or project management experience
Ability to forecast and schedule complex tasks

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Manages multiple facility functions
Hires, trains and evaluates Environmental Services staff
Schedules housekeeping/laundry requirements
Assists in developing budgets
Monitors attendance and lateness
Participates in daily department head meetings, orientations, and education workshops/programs
