About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation has an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in building maintenance, general repairs and knowledge in HVAC, electrical and plumbing. These highly respected professional candidates must have exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance in regulations inspections and tests. Fire safety experience and/or HVAC certification a plus. Senior housing or healthcare background preferred.
