About The Position
Azamara is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation & PMO to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and drive transformation initiatives. This strategic role involves establishing project governance, standardizing project management practices, and ensuring successful project delivery across the organization. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to develop roadmaps for product and transformation projects, manage a team of Program and Project Managers, and oversee the planning and execution of high-risk projects in a fast-paced environment.
