Find your future at Revvity As the Director of Enterprise Technology & Architecture, you’ll guide the long-term technology direction, bring structure to a diverse platform ecosystem, and ensure our architecture supports both innovation and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics
  • 15+ years of varied technical experience, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and delivering major technology programs
  • 10-15 years of technical hands-on, management, leadership and mentorship experience
  • 8-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture in a complex environment
  • 10-15 years of leading the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data (solid sense of data), data warehouse (SAP), cloud, and automation platforms
  • 8-10 years of strong understanding of modern technology trends, cloud platforms, integration patterns, ERP systems, and enterprise solution design
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud transformation, data architectures, ERP programs, AI/ML initiatives, automation (Power Automate) and large-scale platform integrations

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in engineering, science or mathematics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of architectural governance, security-aligned design, and modern enterprise delivery practices
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies, standards, and architectural frameworks.
  • Lead the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data, cloud, and automation platforms.
  • Oversee the integration of systems and data to improve consistency, reliability, and business continuity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, including AI and advanced analytics, and turn them into practical initiatives.
  • Ensure technology roadmaps, designs, and implementations align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and security standards.
  • Mentor and support teams to drive architectural maturity and technical excellence.
