About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Systems is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide technology systems associated with sales and operations, including ERP, CRM, and other mission-critical applications. This role ensures system reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years in IT leadership roles, with 5+ years managing enterprise systems.
Expertise in ERP, CRM, Data Warehousing, and all Operational platforms connected to the company’s ERP
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business growth objectives for location expansion and M&A integration.
Improve operational and sales system processes and procedures to drive value creation through improving customer experience and improving labor efficiency.
Enable advanced analytics and business intelligence for actionable insights.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization strategies.
Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications.
Ensure seamless integration across platforms and business units.
Implement data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and compliance.
Provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
Lead enterprise system technology projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Manage vendor relationships and resource allocation.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Establish and enforce security policies and compliance standards.
Promote cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units.
Ensure systems support sustainability and ESG compliance reporting.
Champion interoperability and API-driven ecosystems for data flow and automation.
