About The Position
About the Role We are partnering with a growing technology company that is focused on strengthening engineering leadership and execution as the organization scales. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading multiple engineering teams, driving delivery, and ensuring strong technical and operational standards. This leader will work closely with Product and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys being close to teams while operating with a broader organizational view.
