Requirements

  • 10+ years engineering leadership.
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and modern web technologies.
  • Strong experience in cloud adoption and architectural evolution.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, OOP, and enterprise-scale systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Serve as a visionary technical leader across major Netsmart modules and products.
  • Drive Technology Forward - Guide engineering execution of scalable, cloud‑ready, modern web‑based applications.
  • Champion best‑in‑class engineering practices, including DevOps, automation, interoperability, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Lead process improvements that accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and strengthen reliability.
  • Deliver Impact - Partner with Product, UX, Client Success, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Interpret performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Champion Operational Excellence - Set goals, own budgets, and align engineering operations with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, standards, and healthcare technology.
