About The Position
As the Director of Engineering in the Insurance Engineering group, you will lead a team responsible for developing, maintaining, and running custom code for agency, billing, claims, and policy management systems. This role involves supporting both existing systems and new systems being implemented over the next several years. You will manage a small team of managers, focusing on their growth in technical and interpersonal skills while ensuring effective communication of the team's work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
