As Director of Engineering Operations, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring that large‑scale product and engineering initiatives are not just delivered—but delivered with excellence, accountability, and real‑world impact. Your work will directly support California’s Behavioral Health Transformation, helping expand access to care, improve outcomes, and modernize systems that serve some of the state’s most vulnerable communities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives at scale, has deep technical judgment, and wants their leadership to matter far beyond a single product or company.
