About The Position
As the Director of Employer Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving Lifeforce's growth in the employer benefits space. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of our employer-focused strategy, forging strong relationships with businesses to integrate Lifeforce's health optimization solutions into their employee benefits programs. This position combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to business development, relationship management, and advocacy for Lifeforce's mission. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that improve employee well-being and support organizational goals.
