Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple full-time programs that capture the total employee experience.
  • Lead professional development and performance management plans for the campus community.
  • Oversee WIU's Title IX compliance.
  • Integrate the university's diversity efforts into various programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs that promote employee growth and high performance.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
