The Director of Employee Development’s (DED) role is to support and enhance the capabilities of LandCare team members. The DED will execute effective onboarding to assure new employees know how to be successful in their role and create individualized development plans to prepare team members for advancement. They will also provide guidance to managers to assure that regular and effective coaching is being delivered to their teams. Success in the role will be measured in three fundamental ways: Employee retention Employee engagement scores (surveyed annually company-wide) LandCare’s ability to fill leadership roles via internal promotion versus outside hiring
