The Director of Emergency Management advances OVG’s commitment to safe, secure, and resilient fan experiences, reinforcing our culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence throughout every phase of planning, execution, and refinement. The Director is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive emergency preparedness plans and programs across OVG’s portfolio of venues as well as Prevent Advisors’ consulting clients. Specifically, this position will spend considerable time conducting risk assessments, reviewing venues’ existing emergency plans, writing new emergency plans, and creating and delivering training and tabletop exercises for venue staff. This role pays an annual salary of $125,000-$140,000
