Requirements

  • Graduate Degree – required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – required
  • Must have current Florida Nursing License
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a director position

Nice To Haves

  • BLS for Healthcare providers preferred
  • Specialty certifications within 1 year of position, as appropriate

Responsibilities

  • The Director is responsible for leading high-performing teams by fostering engagement, supporting professional development, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • This role partners closely with executive leadership and medical staff to drive collaboration and achieve system-wide and organizational goals.
  • The Director also oversees and evaluates the quality of nursing and patient care, ensuring alignment with established standards, financial performance targets, and service productivity expectations across all areas of responsibility.
