About The Position
The Director for the Office of Educational Assessment provides strategic leadership in growing the Mercy University culture of educational assessment, research, and evaluation with emphasis on student learning outcomes assessment at the institutional, School, program, and course levels. The Director is responsible for outcomes assessment for all curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular programs. The Director will partner with the University's academic and program leadership, the University's Center for Teaching and Learning, Office of Institutional Research, Institutional Effectiveness, and Student Affairs on the utilization of student learning assessment evidence for continuous quality improvement and innovation.
