About The Position
Cliff Drysdale Management, the world's largest racquet sports management company and part of Troon, the world's largest golf management company, is seeking a Director of Education. This is a part of a NEW strategic initiative, and this candidate will play a lead role in the development and execution of a Racquets Education Platform and coach education delivery on court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching delivery, sports management, and professional development, with the ability to create and oversee training programs for both on-court coaching across all racquet sports and off-court roles collaborating with SME's in leadership, marketing, finance, hospitality, and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and racquet sports education. The candidate must be a visionary leader that embraces collaboration, innovation, technology, connectivity with the clubs and is driven to grow others while shaping the future of racquet sports education.
