Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting, preschool, or large group childcare environment.
- Proven success in leading or mentoring teaching teams, implementing curriculum, and supporting teacher growth.
- Ability to recruit and build strong teams.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop teachers to deliver excellence in the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Lead onboarding and training for new teaching staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance curriculum implementation and teaching best practices.
- Foster a positive, professional culture that empowers teachers to take ownership and grow.
- Partner with the school’s leadership team on hiring decisions and professional development initiatives.
