Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting, preschool, or large group childcare environment.
  • Proven success in leading or mentoring teaching teams, implementing curriculum, and supporting teacher growth.
  • Ability to recruit and build strong teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop teachers to deliver excellence in the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new teaching staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance curriculum implementation and teaching best practices.
  • Foster a positive, professional culture that empowers teachers to take ownership and grow.
  • Partner with the school’s leadership team on hiring decisions and professional development initiatives.
