About The Position
The Director of Education serves as the academic leader for the campus, responsible for aligning instructional delivery, student success initiatives, and faculty support with institutional goals. This role involves leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of academic programs through data-driven decision-making and regular outcome assessments. The Director collaborates with the Campus Director and the corporate leadership team on strategic planning, program development, and institutional effectiveness efforts.
