The Carroll Center for the Blind is dedicated to empowering blind and visually impaired individuals of all ages. Through our comprehensive range of services—residential and day rehabilitation, assistive technology programs, low vision services, and more—we help thousands of children, adults, and seniors each year gain the skills needed to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Our Newton, MA campus serves as the hub for our vital programs, and we also offer essential educational and community services in local schools, workplaces, homes and other community-based settings. We are looking for a visionary, driven Director of Education Services to lead a dynamic department delivering life-changing educational and orientation/mobility services across public and private schools. This high-impact leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a talented team of educators, shape the future for students who are blind or visually impaired, direct innovative programming, and ensure students with vision loss receive the expert support they deserve—from early childhood through young adulthood. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and make a real difference.
