Requirements

  • An e-commerce leader with 8+ years in DTC and omnichannel environments
  • Experienced across content, UX, assortment planning, performance marketing, and analytics
  • A team builder who leads with clarity, energy, and accountability
  • A strategic thinker who also gets things done—comfortable toggling between the two
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to optimize
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited by change—not intimidated by it
  • Familiar with the luxury, premium, or lifestyle space (bonus but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Set the U.S. e-commerce strategy and priorities across our full brand portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and grow a results-driven team focused on performance and innovation
  • Localize brand and digital experiences for the U.S. market—ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance
  • Build assortments, drive launch readiness, and partner with planning on accurate forecasting
  • Own the digital shelf—ensuring every PDP is optimized for conversion and aligned to our premium positioning
  • Track performance, surface insights, and use data to inform strategy and execution
  • Oversee U.S. digital marketing strategy and budget—from campaign planning to traffic-driving activations
  • Partner cross-functionally to unlock commercial opportunities and improve processes
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
