About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced marketplaces expert to help grow our presence in various online marketplaces. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Ecommerce and provide support to our marketing and operations teams with the goal to profitably expand Truewerk’s brand presence to reach a new generation of trade professionals. The Director of Ecommerce Marketplaces will lead and grow our marketplace business across Amazon, Walmart, and potential expansion opportunities. This person will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence across all marketplaces, overseeing the end-to-end marketplace strategy, execution, and optimization. They’ll work closely with our agency partner to ensure flawless day-to-day execution and effective implementation of our marketplace strategy. The Director will be responsible for the performance of the marketplace business, leading cross-functional collaboration to scale operations, enhance customer experience, and improve performance metrics. This individual must be an expert in marketplace best practices as well as being passionate about data-driven decision-making to maximize growth opportunities.
