About The Position

As the Director of Ecommerce Fulfillment, you will lead the charge in redefining how we deliver excellence to the consumer's doorstep. This role involves overseeing our direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment operations, driving logistics strategy, optimizing warehouse performance, and leading end-to-end fulfillment to ensure products move with precision from cart to customer. You will be at the intersection of operations, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment operations, business processes, or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing or scaling ecommerce operations, especially direct-to-consumer.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable operational improvements and delivering results.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory controls.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related master's degree (preferred).
  • Experience implementing warehouse automation solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the entire ecommerce fulfillment lifecycle—from order receipt through final mile delivery.
  • Ensure exceptional order accuracy, speed, and delivery performance.
  • Drive warehouse efficiency by developing and executing operational strategies and continuous improvement plans.
  • Prepare and scale operations for increasing ecommerce volume and new business growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions that boost performance and reduce costs.
  • Plan for seasonal fluctuations and promotional peaks—aligning labor and transportation resources accordingly.
  • Oversee and audit carrier spend and invoice compliance across all ecommerce accounts.
  • Lead parcel invoice validation and approvals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate leading technologies to keep us competitive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance, streamline costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop KPIs and foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate favorable rates and terms.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Own and manage the ecommerce fulfillment budget.
