Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence Lead and manage an eCommerce Analytics team consisting of business analysts and other XFN professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute the analytics roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals, commercial health and long-term objectives. Communicate complex data findings and narrative-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations. Cross-Functional: Work closely with CX, UX, product, supply chain and data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across all eCommerce activities. 2. Commercial Analytics & Performance Frameworks Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance indicators including traffic, conversion, net sales, average selling price, attach rate by product category, unit economics and more. Oversee the creation of data models and advanced analytical solutions to extract actionable insights from eCommerce, market and product affinity data. Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on consumer behaviors, segmentation, replacement cycle analysis, price elasticity and other business-critical metrics to drive transactional revenue. Drive the development of eCommerce insights to inform strategic decisions across eCommerce, product and sales teams to optimize the digital path-to-purchase. 3. Technical Methodology & Technical Evolution Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (including Python, SQL via BigQuery and Vertex AI) for hypothesis testing, regression analysis and bayesian models to uncover consumer trends and behaviors. Oversee A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize the consumer experience journey and digital shelf placements. Continuous Optimization: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and business intelligence to implement best practices in data governance, security and innovative measurement. THE CANDIDATE 1. Domain Expertise & Professional Background 10+ years of related experience in digital & eCommerce analytics with at least 4 years managing multi-touch attribution (MTA) measurement frameworks. Master’s degree in business, data science or a related field with 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics or management consulting. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing analytical talent within a matrix organization to solve complex operational problems. 2. Technical Proficiency & Data Science Application Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well verse with Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience building multi-dimensional customer segmentation models (K-Means, RFM, Behavioral and Geographics) and utilizing attribution tools like Google attribution. Proficiency in developing custom reports and advanced segments to interpret findings related to both consumer behavior and hardware commercial performance. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Tableau to identify pricing efficiency and optimization opportunities. 3. Critical Thinking & Operational Excellence Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to identifying value gaps and strategic opportunities for digital assortment optimization. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and influence centralized business decisions at all levels. Structured and process-oriented approach to problem-solving with a highly agile mindset and the ability to operate seamlessly across multiple lines of business. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Requirements
