Requirements

  • 7 years managing and implementing DEI-related programs and initiatives.
  • 5 years designing and leading organization-wide change management initiatives.
  • Experience developing or curating leadership training and providing leadership coaching.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and experience translating them into business operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Lived experience relevant to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience with cloud technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage CII's DEI plan, aligning it with strategic priorities and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and integrate a cohesive DEI infrastructure, including employee resource groups and focus groups.
  • Assess DEI-related training needs for senior leadership and curate or develop relevant training and workshops.
  • Advise the Executive Leadership Team on critical DEI matters.
  • Establish centralized communication for DEI progress and ensure transparency through agency-wide channels.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to senior leaders on inclusive policies and practices.
