About The Position
The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for leading the Town of Arlington's efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across various departments and the community. This role involves overseeing the Human Rights Commission, Disability Commission, and Rainbow Commission, while also supporting partnerships with other town departments and organizations.
