About The Position
The Director of Diversion Operations will oversee the strategic management and operational oversight of our Gun Diversion Program within Travis County. He/She will ensure the effective distribution of services, manage a team of clinicians and collaborate with state attorneys, judges and external stakeholders to achieve program goals of community safety, reduction of rearrests and future violent-related incidents. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of local and state compliance requirements as well as strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Director will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, accountability, and transparency of program services and treatment.
