About The Position

Ashley is seeking a Director of Distribution Center Operations to provide strategic and tactical leadership across assigned locations, supporting domestic and global product distribution. This role is responsible for optimizing performance across all departments, managing P&L, driving Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing staffing, retention, morale, building maintenance, and PIT fleet management. Requirements

Proven leadership experience in large-scale distribution or fulfillment operations.
Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
Expertise in process improvement, safety compliance, and workforce development.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Ensure effective utilization of space, equipment, and resources across distribution centers.
Drive CQI initiatives and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-control measures.
Coach, mentor, and develop staff while recognizing team successes.
