Requirements
- Degree or certificate in food service or hospitality
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in food service
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A warm, resident-focused approach
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front and back-of-house food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with the Dietitian to ensure dietary standards and compliance
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Lead, train, and support a high-performing culinary team
- Plan special events and ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
