Ensure that dining services are operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of residents’ funds and belongings. Esure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but also delight the residents along the way.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Minimum of 2 years in a dietary role in a similar-sized building
Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the dining services program.
Ensure that dining services are operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of residents’ funds and belongings.
Esure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but also delight the residents along the way.
