About The Position

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day foodservice operations with a strong focus on large-scale catering and client relationship management. Leads a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensures account profitability, and drives talent development. Serves as a key liaison between the company, client, and community.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of foodservice management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• BS in Hospitality preferred
• Extensive catering experience strongly preferred
• Dining experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Manage high-volume catering operations, including planning and execution of events
• Collaborate with Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
• Act as liaison between company, client, and community
